Often recognised as the most important part of a window or door, is its Installation. Ever since our first jobs in 1985 we have always acknowledged that fact and continue to ensure that our Installations are carried out to recognised standards. Since starting the business in 1985 Graham has always taken pride in his workforce, with the majority having stayed with us for over 20 years. Ross has over 20 years experience working in the Construction Industry. He attended Rossall School and then graduated at Nottingham Trent University as a Quantity Surveyor, leaving there to work at Wates Construction and then Clement Dickens & Son Ltd. Ross is a strong leader who is highly motivated to empower the team and drive success. As Operations Director Ross provides excellent commercial awareness whilst keeping a keen eye on Health, Safety and Welfare throughout the business. He leads by example, is an advocate for reinvesting in the business and strives to deliver excellent customer service.
Installation and Surveys Manager
Martyn joined us after completing a joinery apprenticeship when he left school. He has been with the company for 25 years and has a broad depth of experience in all aspects of installation and survey of all bespoke window solutions. Every good installation starts with the survey and Martyn’s attention to detail is invaluable at this stage.
Darren joined us over 20 years ago having trained as a glazier with Taylor Hyde. He has covered all aspects of installations and has fitted Weru products throughout the UK. Darren assists Martyn with ordering all projects and making sure that installations run smoothly. He also assists in site visits and estimating for our projects.
Vicky joined Weru whilst studying for her Masters degree and has gained extensive knowledge about our specialist German products. As office manager, Vicky deals with customer service and sales enquiries, whilst providing co-ordination between the sales and installation teams.
Technical Sales Estimator
Sandis joined the team after completing his work placement through college at Weru. Sandis has gained a deep knowledge of our specialist products and is the first port of call for new quotation enquiries, specialising in new build projects and large scale renoavtions.
From our Blackpool Flagship Showroom, we are now the Weru Main Dealer for the North. In addition, we also operate as the Support and Training centre for the whole of UK. We currently do install in all parts of the country if there is no local partner.
Weru are currently developing a full UK wide network of accredited Partners. We already work closely with existing Weru partners many of whom have been installing Weru Windows and Doors for over 25 years.
