Business Development Manager
Following a successful career in Sales & Marketing Kate joined the Family Firm in 2008. Kate’s primary focus has been with New Build and RE-Model projects locally and further afield. She is also responsible for advising Architects and Builders on the key benefits of our specialist range of products. Kate has set up our new UK contact centre and deals with all quotes and tenders including distributing to the other UK Weru Partners.
Installation and Surveys Manager
Martyn joined us after completing a joinery apprenticeship when he left school. He has been with the company for 25 years and has a broad depth of experience in all aspects of installation and survey of all bespoke window solutions. Every good installation starts with the survey and Martyn’s attention to detail is invaluable at this stage.
Darren joined us over 20 years ago having trained as a glazier with Taylor Hyde. He has covered all aspects of installations and has fitted Weru products throughout the UK. Darren assists Martyn with ordering all projects and making sure that installations run smoothly. He also assists in site visits and estimating for our projects.
Nick looks after all our IT matters including our website and data links to the factory in Germany. More and more of our business is now online, and Nick is constantly developing our software to increase our efficiency. Nick also has excellent product knowledge and deals with our CAD drawings and computer imaging of how jobs may look with our products fitted.
Quotation and Order Processor
Harry has been in the window industry since leaving school. He started at a small local double glazing firm whilst completing his apprenticeship. Harry has taken onboard the knowledge of our vast range of products and is now responsible for our more complicated quotations and processes our orders.
Sandis joined the team after completing his work placement through college at WERU. After learning about our sales procedures, Sandis is now the first port of call for new quotation enquiries.
Digital Marketing Student
Vicky is currently on placement with WERU in our Social Media and Marketing Department whilst she is undertaking a Master in Digital Marketing at the University of Salford.
Customer Service Supervisor
Based on the reception desk, Kay contributes to the first impression of the company greeting clients and answering any queries. Kay is also responsible for general admin as well as assisting our accounts and service department.
From our Blackpool Flagship Showroom, we are now the Weru Main Dealer for the North. In addition, we also operate as the Support and Training centre for the whole of UK. We currently do install in all parts of the country if there is no local partner.
Weru are currently developing a full UK wide network of accredited Partners. We already work closely with existing Weru partners many of whom have been installing Weru Windows and Doors for over 25 years.
