This beautiful home in Bournemouth required all the windows to be replaced due to premature failure of the existing Aluminium double glazed system. Whilst these originals were only a few years old it was a typical case where manufacturers claims of trouble free long life and suitability in a very exposed location do not meet the promises. After various failed remedial attempts our customer had no option but to seek a reliable solution. His choice was not made without a lot of research before choosing our company and our specialised ranges. Weru Afino-Tec ticked all the boxes and offered the severe weather ratings with a long term reliable service life of many decades. We have been installing high performance windows in UK coastal locations for over 30 years!
A new corner bay window was also installed, this immediately increased the amount of natural light into the house as well as making the most of the Sea views. Our triple glazed units can be made to much larger sizes because of the Fipro-Rau high tech material we use for our windows! This again, allows our customers to maximise the use of natural light and be flexible with their renovation. We also installed a Lift and Slide Patio door for the newly extended balcony. The size and style of the windows on this elevation maximised the stunning views of the coast line. This project was completed in our most popular colour combination, Anthracite outside and white inside, which is effortlessly modern and will never age.
Our windows always come with high-security as standard. This is due to all our frames being fully reinforced and fitted with mushroom cam locks which are screwed into the reinforcing making it much more difficult to lever the window open. As well as being secure, all our windows are extremely energy efficient compared to many other products on the market. Our exceptionally low U values to below < 0.68 make our windows one of the best performing window ranges on the market!
