Project: Hoghton, Preston

Most of our projects that we work on are new builds which means we need to work with the homeowner and architect to capture their vision. This project is a great example of how we can give our customer exactly what they are after!

This project was a complete rebuild that featured our Afino Tec windows, Tilt-sliding Patio doors and Aluminium bifolding doors on each balcony in Anthracite Grey. These systems are perfect for new builds, as ultra low values ensure fantastic energy efficiency.

The bespoke system also allows for the customer to have windows in any shape and size they want and is specifically catered to their plans.

The Tilt sliders on the ground floor are very secure and are a nice alternative to French and patio doors. They are a fabulous space saver with secure ventilation and very low maintenance.

The bifolds on the first floor capture the essence of “bringing the outside in” and are a great way of opening up your property on a hot summers day.

After all building work was completed on the house, it looked absolutely stunning. The Anthracite grey throughout offers a really modern look and oozes quality.
