This project includes our Weru Afino TEC system in Anthracite Grey. 

Remodel incorporating a garage conversion to bed / Ensuite to give a modern contemporary look whilst achieving low maintenance with high spec Eco features to ensure maximum comfort and very low energy costs.

We are very proud of the results achieved in conjunction with our client and their local architects Smith & Roper. This is in our opinion where the extra costs of using a bespoke high quality window and door system is paid for many times over even in the short term if this property was to be sold. In many ways it carries more value than a modern new build. To put in context this home if fitted with normal PVCu Double glazing would never carry the obvious wow factor that WERU windows have added.

With our Afino-Tec Hybrid triple glazing in all the windows delivering an avg UValue of 0.75wmk2 + high security with Weru KlimaTherm Laminate twin coated glass. The addition of the high level windows to a new walk in wet room and new front aperture with full height tilt window to kitchen. The property has been transformed with a clean new contemporary look.  The front entrance is a key part of the new look by using a Weru Atris designer door incorporating Finger Scan entry and again with ultra-low UValues and very high security.

Other features are the 4.2 metre 2 pane Panoramic Patio Door which glides effortlessly despite the obvious weight of triple pane laminate glass. These doors are a Weru speciality and we can do up to 6 metre width in 2 Panes!
